We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the "Robot Deburring System" at Company F in Aichi Prefecture. The system removes burrs from the curved long holes of a car part called a hub using a spindle motor and a floating system attached to the hand, employing a carbide rotary burr. Due to the strict requirements for teaching along the shape and C-surface indications, the difficulty level of the teaching work is quite high.
